Russian troops shelled Kupyansk-Vuzlovy in Kharkiv region this morning, wounding a civilian, the Kharkiv regional prosecutor's office reported, UNN reports.

The pre-trial investigation established that on December 19 at about 11:00 a.m., the Russian army shelled the village of Kupyansk-Vuzlovyi with artillery. A 48-year-old woman was wounded.
Residential buildings, outbuildings and a hospital were damaged in the village.
A pre-trial investigation into the violation of the laws and customs of war (Part 1 of Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine) has been initiated.
