Russian troops struck three settlements in Kherson region this morning, injuring 5 people, including a foreigner, the Prosecutor General's Office said on Tuesday, UNN reports.

According to the investigation, on the morning of August 13, in Kherson region, the occupiers shelled Zymivnyk, Sadove, and Tyahyntsi. "Five civilians were injured, including a foreigner," the prosecutor's office said on social media.
In the evening of August 12 and at night, the Russian military reportedly shelled residential areas of Kherson. The enemy used artillery and drones.
It is reported that a 25-year-old woman died in hospital as a result of the shelling from her wounds. Her young daughter was diagnosed with an acute stress reaction.
Two more victims were brought to the medical facility - a 35-year-old woman and a 61-year-old man. In addition, a 70-year-old woman and a 7-year-old girl were shot at. They were also diagnosed with an acute stress reaction.
In Antonivka, a 70-year-old man was reportedly injured as a result of an explosive drop from a UAV.
A pre-trial investigation into the violation of the laws and customs of war (parts 1 and 2 of Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine) has been initiated.
