Details 

Reportedly, the first launch of the Angara-A5 rocket from the Vostochny cosmodrome was canceled. It was scheduled for 12:00, the rocket was supposed to launch an Orion upper stage with a test payload into orbit.

The reasons for the cancellation are still unknown.
