More than 70 flights have been delayed and nearly two dozen canceled at Russia's Pulkovo Airport following an overnight UAV attack on the Leningrad region. A fire broke out at the Port of Primorsk after the raid was repelled, UNN reports, citing the Russian Telegram channel "Baza."

Over 60 drones were shot down over the Russian region during the night. The target of the attack was the Primorsk commercial sea port; a fire broke out there as a result of repelling the attack, Governor Drozdenko reported.
During the attack, restrictions on arrivals and departures were introduced at Pulkovo, lasting for six hours. Some aircraft that were unable to land were diverted to other airfields. For instance, a flight from Antalya was heading to St. Petersburg but, due to the restrictions, landed in Moscow with a 4-hour delay.
The drone threat alert has now been lifted, Baza adds.
