As Hryhorov indicated, after midnight, an enemy UAV hit a gas station in the Trostyanets community. A gas station employee was injured. The woman was hospitalized; her life is not in danger, he noted.
Later, another Russian drone, according to Hryhorov, attacked a postal vehicle on the highway in the Sumy district near the Sadivska community. "The driver was wounded. He was taken to the hospital; medics are providing the necessary assistance," the head of the Regional Military Administration stated.
Yesterday, during the day, as a result of enemy attacks in the border communities of the Sumy region, according to his data, five more people were injured; none of them are in serious condition.
"In the Khutir-Mykhailivskyi community, the body of a deceased elderly woman was found. Yesterday, the enemy attacked the community, resulting in a large-scale fire in the residential sector. In the morning, the Russians attacked the Vorozhba community with drones and guided aerial bombs. A civilian man died on the territory of his own household as a result of the enemy strike," Hryhorov reported.
The State Emergency Service indicated that rescuers extinguished fires resulting from Russian strikes in the Sumy region. According to the State Emergency Service, on the night of June 5-6, the enemy attacked, in particular, the Shostka community, Khutir-Mykhailivskyi, Trostyanets, and Hlukhiv, where a repeated enemy UAV strike occurred near a fire truck; none of the personnel were injured.
