Addendum
Marc Cucurella is a 27-year-old left-back for the Spanish national team. He is a product of Catalonia's Barcelona—the arch-rival of Real Madrid. For "Barça," where he was registered from 2016 to 2018, the Spaniard played only one match—in the Copa del Rey against Real Murcia.
In 2018, Cucurella moved to the Spanish club Eibar, in 2019 to the Spanish Getafe, and in 2021 he became a player for the English side Brighton. In 2022, the Spaniard joined London's Chelsea.
According to insider Fabrizio Romano, the "Los Blancos" paid the "Pensioners" 55 million euros for Cucurella, with an additional 5 million euros provided in bonuses, making the Spaniard the second most expensive transfer of the summer—earlier, Barcelona officially agreed with England's Newcastle United on the transfer of winger Anthony Gordon.
Notably, today, June 15, the Spanish national team, for which Cucurella plays, starts at the World Cup in Group H, where they will face Cape Verde.
