The Yalta seaport, which was supposed to receive passengers, is becoming a platform for a gambling zone. Behind the fence that has grown around the port is not the development of the city, but the business interests of billionaire Arkady Rotenberg. This was reported by the Center for National Resistance of the SSO of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (CNS), informs UNN.
Details
It is noted that instead of restoring passenger transportation, which the townspeople asked for, the occupiers are building casinos, hotels, and spa complexes.
The project was moved from the village of Katsiveli directly to the port after the State Duma of the Russian Federation changed the law for a specific object. The buyer was the company "Chernomorskoe Razvitie", closely associated with Rotenberg's entourage. This is another stage of seizing strategic assets in Crimea. For the occupiers, Yalta is not a resort, but another point for laundering money through the gambling business
The CNS adds that while local residents are losing access to the sea and the port, oligarchs close to the Kremlin are dividing the territory for their entertainment.
Recall
