The Ministry of Economy of Ukraine has introduced a new online platform, Pulse, designed to collect feedback from businesses on their interaction with government agencies. This was reported by UNN with reference to a statement by the Minister of Economy Yulia Svyrydenko.

Details

According to her, the Pulse platform will provide an objective measurement of the quality of public services and thus allow for a more efficient and faster response to entrepreneurs' problems.

For example, you contact the tax office, but instead of solving the problem, you see that your question is being blocked. Report it to Pulse. Or you are asked for a certificate that we have long since canceled - report it to Pulse. Or vice versa, if you see a good example of service - share it on Pulse, maybe this experience can be scaled up

- explains the head of the Ministry of Economy.

Currently, the platform is in beta testing mode; at this stage , 22 government agencies can be evaluated and their number will gradually increase. In particular,  Pulse is planned to be integrated into most public services.
