According to information of the Ministry, on November 1 and 2, on the electronic procurement platform Prozorro electronic procurement platform, it was announced that a simplified procurement of food for the Ukrainian army, in particular, in one of the regions a lot for for the purchase of food.

The company, in its turn, filed a lawsuit and blocked the process of determining the winners. The Ministry of Defense states a criminal offense has been committed under Part 1 of Article 114-1 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine (obstructing the lawful activities of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and other military formations).

He also added about cases of individual companies that abused the principles of openness and resorted to to manipulate Ukrainian legislation, but, as Klimenkov noted, such lawsuits were not successful.
