Border guards spotted a bear near the Ukrainian-Romanian border, the State Border Guard Service reported, UNN writes.
Details
The bear was caught in the lens of a border guards' photo trap.
"He was slowly "patrolling" the Ukrainian-Romanian section of the border," the State Border Guard Service wrote on Telegram.
They warned everyone who plans to walk around the back roads not to put themselves in danger.
Recall
Due to the hunting ban caused by Russia's war against Ukraine, the bear population in the Carpathian region of Ukraine has increased: residents and tourists are increasingly seeing bear tracks near human habitations.
