Owner of Luhansk enterprise that renovated the 'LPR government building' detained in Kyiv

An entrepreneur who re-registered her business under Russian laws and renovated administrative buildings for the occupiers has been exposed in Kyiv. She received over 630,000 hryvnias for these services.

In Kyiv, the owner of a construction company from the Luhansk region has been exposed for collaborating with the occupation authorities and fulfilling their contracts, including repairing the "LPR government building" in 2025, UNN reports.

According to the investigation, in 2023, through relatives remaining in the temporarily occupied territory, the suspect, who resides in Kyiv, re-registered the enterprise under the legislation of the Russian Federation and included it in the state procurement system of the aggressor country.

Subsequently, the company performed work on facilities of the occupation administration, specifically conducting construction and renovation work in the so-called "LPR government building." It has been established that in 2025, the suspect received over 630,000 UAH from activities in the temporarily occupied territory.

Under the procedural guidance of the Dnipropetrovsk Regional Prosecutor's Office, she has been notified of suspicion of aiding the aggressor state, committed by prior conspiracy by a group of persons (Part 2 of Art. 28, Part 1 of Art. 111-2 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine).

At the request of the prosecutor's office, the court has ordered a measure of restraint for the suspect—detention without the right to post bail.
