In the temporarily occupied territories of the Zaporizhzhia region, the occupation administration continues the systematic indoctrination of Ukrainian children through propaganda measures. This is reported by the National Resistance Center of the SOF of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (NRC), informs UNN.
Details
It is noted that under the pretext of intellectual competitions and educational programs, schoolchildren are being forced to accept a distorted perception of Russia as a supposed "common homeland" and a state to be proud of.
Another example was a game called "That Very Russia," during which children were introduced to Russian history, culture, geography, and so-called "heroes of the fatherland." Participants were told about the "greatness of Russia," its achievements, and military feats, forming a positive attitude toward the occupying state
It is pointed out that such measures are part of the Kremlin's long-term policy to replace Ukrainian identity with Russian identity.
They are trying to convince children that their future is linked specifically to Russia, while Ukrainian culture, history, and statehood are gradually being displaced from the educational and information space of the occupied territories
They stress that the occupiers actively use schools, youth movements, and children's organizations to spread the ideology of the "Russian world."
"Under the guise of competitions, quizzes, and patriotic actions, Ukrainian children are gradually being prepared to accept Russian propaganda as the only correct picture of the world," the NRC concludes.
Recall
According to CCD estimates, Russia continues to scale up the practices of militarizing children in the temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine, turning teenagers into a mobilization resource for future wars.
