In the temporarily occupied territory of Luhansk region, the Russian invaders plan to involve prison staff in combat operations. At the same time, they plan to conclude contracts for work in "special conditions" and raise the age limit for service in the occupation forces. According to the Luhansk RMA, Russian occupants are announcing the construction of six landfills in the so-called "luhansk People's Republic". These are the temporarily occupied Ukrainian cities: Luhansk, Sievierodonetsk, Anthracite, Bilokurakino, Sorokino and Pervomaisk. The plan is to bring garbage there not only from the occupied territories, but also from neighboring regions of Russia.
