According to Lysogor, the Russian occupiers cut off the Internet in Sievierodonetsk a long time ago. Local residents were forced to look for alternatives - they went to settlements on the road to Luhansk, such as Smolianynove, Novokhtyrka, and Novoaydar. There, in shops or other public places, they sold passwords to Wi-Fi, which allowed them to contact their relatives for a short time.
