On the night of March 23, the Russian armed forces reportedly attacked the Osnovianskyi district of Kharkiv with drones. A three-story municipal building was partially destroyed. There was a fire on the area of 150 square meters.
When rescuers and police arrived, the enemy struck again. Two SES officers and one National Police officer were wounded. An 18-year-old boy was wounded
It is noted that the shock wave smashed windows and windows in neighboring residential buildings.
In total, law enforcement officers seized the wreckage of three UAVs.
