This morning, at about 07:00, after a failed attempt to launch a ballistic missile strike, Russian troops attacked Kyiv again, this time with cruise missiles, previously of the Iskander-K type. This was reported by the head of the KCMA Serhiy Popko, UNN reports.

After complicated maneuvers over the territory of several regions, the missiles tried to hit targets from the south. However, thanks to the efficient work of the Ukrainian air defense forces, all enemy missiles were destroyed.
At the moment, no damage or casualties have been reported in Kyiv.
The head of the Kyiv City Military Administration, Serhiy Popko, expressed his gratitude to the air defense soldiers for their reliable protection. He also reminded that everyone's personal safety depends on compliance with the rules of behavior during air raids - always stay in shelters.
