The "Oreshnik" was used to strike a "shed" in Ukraine to see how the blocks landed; this is necessary for the future use of the weapon. This was stated by Russian dictator Vladimir Putin at a meeting with the heads of major international news agencies, adding that he does not rule out the full-scale use of the "Oreshnik" in the future, UNN reports, citing Russian media.

According to Putin, new strike systems are appearing in Russia, and this also applies to the "Oreshnik."
The Russian dictator added that there has been no combat use of the "Oreshnik" against Ukraine "in the full sense of the word."
"The 'Oreshnik' struck a 'shed' in Ukraine to see how the blocks landed; this is necessary for the future use of the weapon," Putin said.

At the same time, Putin did not rule out future decisions regarding the full-scale use of the "Oreshnik" against targets, including those in urban areas.
