Kirostudiya Marvel presented new footage from the expected film "Fantastic Four: First Steps", which will be released on July 25. This is reported by Gizmodo, writes UNN.
Details
At CinemaCon 2025, Marvel presented, presumably, the second trailer of the film, which, according to the media, has great plot consequences. The video begins with the fictional TV show "The Ted Hilbert Show", where the heroes are presented as saviors of the city and the planet. The Thing (Ebon Moss-Bachrach) appears on the screen, pulling a large boat to shore, and the host calls the team real heroes.
Next is a family dinner scene. Reed Richards (Pedro Pascal) and Sue Storm (Vanessa Kirby) are late, and Johnny Storm (Joseph Quinn) jokingly teases them. The reason for the delay is that Sue is pregnant. Johnny is happy with the news, although he doubts whether Reed will be a good father. However, Sue confidently says: "Nothing will change. We can do it."
The situation quickly escalates: the sky is filled with meteors, the Silver Surfer (Julia Garner) arrives on Earth, stating that the planet is "marked as dead." There is also a hint of the main antagonist - Galactus (Ralph Ineson), whose shadow begins to loom over New York.
Later, Reed talks to Sue and says it's his fault. "I expanded the boundaries of space, and they heard." The shadow of Galactus (Ralph Ineson) begins to cover all of New York.
Then, the video shows a scene from a press conference where people bombard the group with questions. "Are we safe?" - one of them asks. "I don't know," Reed replies. Then he started crossing out some numbers on the board and told Sue that he was not giving up. The Surfer rises through the lava. Sue says that they will face this together as a family.
At the end of the trailer, there is a touching moment: a girl runs out into the street full of debris to pick up her toy, and a huge stone begins to fall on her. "We will protect you," Reed says.
Of particular interest is the fact that the events unfold in an alternate Marvel multiverse. How exactly this story will be connected to the main timeline of the MCU - will be known on July 25, when "Fantastic Four: First Steps" will be released in cinemas.
