Belarusian dictator Alexander Lukashenko has decided to pardon German citizen Rico Krieger. This was reported to BelTA by Lukashenka's press service, UNN reports.
As a reminder, Krieger was found guilty under six articles of the Criminal Code of Belarus and sentenced to death by court.
According to media reports, Krieger appealed to Lukashenko for clemency.
"The head of state (Oleksandr Lukashenko - ed.) took into account all the circumstances and decided to pardon him," the statement said.
