Kupiansk is under heavy enemy fire. At about 18:20, the occupiers hit a private house with a KAB. As a result of the shelling, four people were injured: a 25-year-old woman, a 26-year-old man, a 52-year-old and a 73-year-old woman
He added that, according to preliminary information, three more people may be under the rubble.
