Kuleba met with Josep Borrell on the eve of an important meeting of EU foreign ministers to be held on Monday. The Ukrainian diplomat also thanked Borrell for reiterating the thesis that Russia poses a threat to the existence of Europe, not just Ukraine, and thus it is important to ensure Ukraine's victory.
