Russian troops shelled a residential building in the central district of Kherson this morning. An apartment in a multi-storey building was destroyed, and neighboring ones were damaged. "One apartment was completely destroyed, several neighboring ones were damaged. People are recovering from stress. Social workers of the Kherson City Military Administration have already talked to them and determined the scope of work to eliminate the consequences of the morning shelling of the central district of Kherson," Mrochko added on Telegram.
