For the second day, the relevant agencies have been trying to restore power to the city. However, the success of this process depends on numerous factors, including technical capabilities, logistics, and production capabilities.
According to the information, yesterday the supply of cold water to residential buildings in the city was partially restored. All districts are now supplied with water. A third of residents have also received heating, and a little less than half of the population has hot water. Thus, the recovery process continues
