The Japan International Cooperation Agency plans to increase its contribution to humanitarian demining in Ukraine and is also interested in Japanese companies entering the Ukrainian market.

Representatives of the Ukrainian government in Japan met with Deputy Foreign Minister Yasushi Hosaka, and the parties concluded that Japan will continue to strengthen its support and cooperation with Ukraine.
According to the results of the working visit, it is now known that the Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA) is ready to increase its contribution to humanitarian demining and facilitate the entry of Japanese enterprises into the Ukrainian market.
It is noted that Nikken Corporation could potentially become one of these enterprises, as it specializes in the design, manufacture, and maintenance of construction equipment and demining machines.
