Washington and Tehran are exchanging proposals in an attempt to end the conflict that broke out on February 28. So far, the parties have held only one round of negotiations amid a fragile truce that has been in place since April 8.
"As we have announced, our concerns have been brought to the attention of the American side,"
He added that the exchange of views "is ongoing through a Pakistani mediator," without providing further details.
"The issues raised are Iran's demands, which the Iranian negotiating team has resolutely defended at every round of talks,"
He also defended Iran's demand for the U.S. to pay war reparations, calling the conflict "illegal and groundless."
