The guy was 20 years old and served in the response sector of the patrol police. His family, friends, colleagues and local residents came to see him off.
According to Oleksandr Yakymenko, inspector of the patrol police response sector, Maksym Zaretskyi worked for them for a year and a half, proving himself to be a positive influence.
"I had no questions about his work. He was a very good person, cheerful and positive. All his colleagues were on friendly terms with him," said Oleksandr Yakymenko.
At 10 am, a funeral procession was held from the house where the boy lived to the Holy Ascension Church.
At 11:00, the service for the deceased began.
At the funeral ceremony, his family, friends and colleagues remembered Maksym as a sincere, friendly and courageous young man who was always ready to help. According to them, he was a true patriot of Ukraine and dreamed of making his country better.

According to the investigation, on April 20, at night, the suspects killed one police officer, injured another, and fled the scene. Law enforcement officers tracked them down and detained in accordance with Article 208 of the CPC of Ukraine in the village of Lipetske, Podil district, Odesa region.
Subsequently, two servicemen were served with suspicion of murder and attempted murder of police officers in Vinnytsia region.
