In the temporarily occupied territories, russians are still unable to complete the formation of their occupation administrations due to the lack of people willing to cooperate with russia. This was reported by UNN with reference to the Center for National Resistance.

Currently, the occupiers are looking for traitors to work in administrations and other fake structures to reduce the number of russians in these structures, who work on a rotational basis.

However, most locals left the region to escape the occupation. Those who remain mostly refuse to cooperate with the enemy, except for those who have already cooperated

The National Resistance Center also called on residents of the occupied territories not to cooperate with russia, as this is punishable under Ukrainian law.
