According to the police, a report was received on May 23 stating that a man's body was discovered in a restroom at one of the territorial recruitment and social support centers.
The deceased was a 46-year-old resident of Ternopil. As established by the police, the man had been brought to the TCC that day to update his military registration data. According to preliminary information, he entered the restroom and committed suicide using a firearm
Police investigators have entered information regarding this incident into the Unified Register of Pre-trial Investigations under Part 1 of Article 115 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine, with the additional classification mark "suicide."
Police are currently establishing the circumstances of the incident.
