"The occupants are trying to gain an advantage by using aviation and a significant number of drones. Over the last day alone, they used more than 140 UAVs and aviation twice in the frontline area near Nevske and Makiivka. Our villages were shelled with both cannon artillery and rocket launchers. Most often - in Makiivka," informed Artem Lysohor, head of the Luhansk RMA.
According to the head of the RMA, the enemy's attacks were "repelled in the areas of Stelmakhivka, Nevske and Makiivka.
"Luhansk Diesel Locomotive Plant is forced to hire teenagers aged 14 to 18 due to staff shortages. They do not have a certificate of secondary or vocational education, some of them have just finished 9th grade. Due to the mobilization of many employees, the company was forced to apply to the employment center, but even there there were few people willing to work at the company - only schoolchildren," RMA reported on the situation in the occupied territories.
It was also noted that "the situation with doctors in Starobilsk is close to critical". "There is a shortage of general practitioners, pediatricians, nurses, and narrow specialists such as surgeons, gynecologists, intensive care, infectious disease, and trauma. The district's doctors have not received the additional payments promised by the Russians. More or less professional help can be obtained only in Luhansk. Or wait for touring doctors from Russia," the RMA said on Facebook.
