The police of Lviv region are searching for former "Karpaty" and "Shakhtar" player 77-year-old Yaroslav Kikot, who went missing on July 21 in the Lviv region. The search for the man is ongoing, reported the Main Department of the National Police in the Lviv region, reports UNN.

The resident of Staryi Sambir was last seen on July 21 at about 2:20 p.m. in the village of Lypnyky, Lviv district.
Distinguishing features of the wanted person: 77 years old, height – about 175 centimeters, medium build, short gray hair. He was wearing a dark brown sweater, green pants and slippers. The man may be disoriented in space and not remember his place of residence.
The police urged, if the whereabouts of the wanted person are known, to report to the emergency line 102.
The Main Department of the National Police in the Lviv region told UNN in a comment that, "unfortunately, the search for the man is still ongoing."
As reported in Lviv's "Karpaty", Yaroslav Kikot defended the colors of the "lions" in 1972–1977. During this time, he played 153 matches for the "green-and-whites" and scored 12 goals. After finishing his playing career, Yaroslav Hryhorovych worked for many years as a coach at the SDYuShOR "Karpaty" and played for the club's veterans team.
