In Lutsk, law enforcement officers detained a man who threatened patrol policemen and employees of the TCC and JV with a gun, UNN reports citing the National Police.

The incident happened around 10:30. After threatening law enforcement officers, the attacker fled and was hiding in one of the apartments in the building.
The man was detained on Moloda Avenue in Lutsk. He was a local resident, 39 years old.
The criminal proceedings are being investigated under Article 345 of the Criminal Code. The article provides for a sentence of up to three years' imprisonment. The investigation is ongoing.
It should be noted that the National Police did not report on the motives of the man's actions.
