In the Podilskyi district of Kyiv, a man who was brought by police to the territorial center for recruitment and social support due to violating military registration rules, during a military medical commission inflicted fatal knife wounds on a female doctor. According to the TCC, on July 29, the man was brought to the Podilskyi district TCC because he had not undergone a military medical commission. To rectify the violation, he was sent to undergo a military medical examination at the non-staff military medical commission No. 1.
Around 3:30 p.m., during the military medical commission in the surgeon's office, this citizen inflicted knife blows on the female doctor, from which she died. The attacker was detained by police officers
The Kyiv City TCC and SP noted that military medical commissions are civilian institutions, not subordinate to the military command bodies of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, and their medical staff consists of civilian employees.
They also emphasized that the detainee will be brought to criminal responsibility in accordance with current legislation.
