A Kyiv resident, while on the grounds of a residential building's parking lot, took a pump-action shotgun out of his own car and, while attempting to fix a malfunction, fired a shot toward the parking lot's metal roller shutter. One of the pellets from the cartridge pierced the shutter and struck the abdomen of a woman who was passing nearby at that moment.
Doctors diagnosed the victim with a penetrating abdominal wound involving damage to internal organs and internal bleeding. The woman is currently in the hospital.
