At about 00.30, the occupants fired two rockets at the Saltovsky district of Kharkiv. The ammunition hit the territory of the hospital. Rescuers, police, and emergency medical workers arrived at the scene

According to Suspilne, it was a psychiatric hospital. The shelling damaged the building of the medical institution, which was not in operation, the food unit and the building where 60 patients and five hospital staff were staying at the time of the hit. A patient born in 1970 sustained shrapnel wounds.

According to preliminary findings of explosive experts, the Russians shelled the medical facility with S-300 MLRS. Huge craters were formed at the site of the hits.
