In Hong Kong, panda twin cubs "Older Sister" and "Younger Brother" on Friday met visitors for the first time together with their mother Ying Ying in the Ocean Park giant panda enclosure. The twins were born on August 15 last year and appeared in public for the first time in more than seven months, UNN writes with reference to Reuters and South China Morning Post.

The babies were introduced to park visitors on February 16, and since then they have attracted the attention of many local and foreign visitors. Now they met them for the first time not alone, but together with their mother - the panda Ying Ying.

To help panda lovers who want to get acquainted with the charming family, the park announced that it is introducing new rules for visiting the park.

The operating hours of Giant Panda Adventure will be extended until 16:30. Visitors must obtain a "time of entry ticket to the exhibition" at the Panda Adventure ticket office and enter according to the time indicated on the ticket.

Park representatives said they plan to create a panda museum as part of efforts to promote long-term interest in the Asian bear family.

Addition

Earlier we wrote that the inhabitants of "KyivZoo" are returning to their "summer residences". In winter, the zoo staff repaired places for summer keeping of animals.

The elephant, zebras, baboons, macaques, deer-lyre and other thermophilic animals have already begun to come out.

We also wrote that a small owl Spike, who was found with a brain injury on a train, became a social media star and a symbol of hope for those who believe in a second chance. Despite his injury, which prevented him from returning to the wild, the owl found a new home at the Fontenelle Forest Nature Conservation Foundation in Nebraska, USA.
