According to the police, the incident occurred on May 9 in one of the districts of Cherkasy.
No calls were received via the 102 emergency line. Police discovered the information while monitoring social media and entered the data into the unified record. An investigation has been launched.
Preliminary reports suggest the conflict arose because children were picking lilacs near a private property. The man attempted to chase the minors, and when he failed to catch them, he brought a pistol out of the house and began shooting. There were no casualties
