"Hurricane Debbie threw 25 packages of cocaine on the beach, weighing 32 kg. A passerby discovered the drugs and reported them to the police," said US Coast Guard Officer Samuel Briggs.
The photos shown by the Coast Guard show that each of the 25 packages of drugs is decorated with a red triangle.
It is noteworthy that Hurricane Debbie hit the coast in northwestern Florida the day before. Wind gusts reached 130 km/h.
