For a similar reason, dead wood burned in the town of Shpola. 500 square meters of open area was engulfed in fire in the village of Barvinok. In Uman region, a dry grass fire spread to an area of 2 hectares and was extinguished. There were also fires in Cherkasy region.
No one was injured in the fires.
