Ukraine has successfully completed the heating season, but the indestructibility points will continue to operate. The Cabinet of Ministers has adopted a resolution that regulates the operation of the invincibility centers and the transfer of their work to a permanent basis. This was announced during a government meeting by Prime Minister Denys Shmyhal, UNN reports.
"Due to acceptable weather conditions, a number of communities and cities have already decided to end the heating season. Despite the huge challenges and threats, we have passed it successfully. Turning off the heating will allow us to better balance the energy system. These are the resources we need now and will be used to ensure that all Ukrainian families have electricity. We are not stopping the repairs for a minute. We continue preparations," said Shmyhal.
He noted that despite the end of the heating season, the invincibility centers will continue to operate, with more than 10,000 of them across the country.
The Prime Minister noted that the Government had adopted a resolution that would regulate the operation of the invincibility points and make their work permanent.
"They must be available to our people at all times. We will also regulate the use of the property of these points, including generators, starters and other equipment. Both now, in the context of the Russian energy terror, and after the war, the resilience centers should continue to work to support people," Shmyhal added.

According to the government's decision, after the termination or lifting of martial law, ministries, other central executive authorities and their territorial bodies, regional and Kyiv city state administrations (military administrations) and local governments, and public and private business entities (with their consent) shall maintain indestructibility points in readiness for deployment and use.
The authorities also ensure that the equipment of the indestructibility points is preserved after the end of martial law.

Starting this Thursday, March 28, in the capital, is planning to disconnect from the heating system. The decision to end the heating season was made due to significant warming.
