People's deputies summoned Yuriy Vlasenko, the head of the National Commission for State Regulation of Energy and Public Utilities (NCRECP), to the Verkhovna Rada on April 28. This was reported by UNN with reference to the transcript of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine meeting on April 9.
Details
The corresponding proposal was voiced by People's Deputy, co-chairman of the parliamentary faction of the "European Solidarity" party, Artur Herasymov.
Recently, due to the adoption of a number of regulatory acts by the NCRECP, generating capacities in many cities of Ukraine were significantly reduced or stopped. That is why I ask to put to a vote the summons here, to the Verkhovna Rada, or an invitation, as anyone likes, of the head of the NCRECP for April 28, at 12:30 with a report on this issue.
Deputy Speaker of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine Olena Kondratiuk, who chaired the meeting, put to a vote the proposal to summon Vlasenko on April 28.
161 people's deputies voted "for" the corresponding decision.
Recall
The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine adopted a Law that improves state market surveillance in accordance with EU standards.
