It is noted that 5 seconds before the final siren in the confrontation with the Slovak national team, Lilia Gorilska, a Ukrainian, managed to equalize the score and secure a 25:25 draw in the game. This result allowed the Ukrainians to take the final second position in the qualifying group.
Our girls managed to qualify for the final stage of the Euro handball tournament. This is the first time since 2014 that Ukrainian women have made it there. In general, this is the 12th time Ukraine has qualified for the European championship
