Law enforcement officers have launched three criminal proceedings regarding the incident near the Holosiivskyi RTCC in Kyiv. During a document check of a vehicle driver, law enforcement officers discovered discrepancies in his documents, which led investigators to decide to seize the vehicle. However, the driver did not respond to police officers' demands and tried to obstruct the investigation. This is reported by the Main Directorate of the National Police in Kyiv, UNN informs.

According to law enforcement officers, the capital's police received a report about a suspicious car parked near the administrative building of the TCC in the Holosiivskyi district. Law enforcement officers checked the vehicle - no dangerous objects were found.
During further communication with the minibus driver, law enforcement officers discovered discrepancies in his documents, which led investigators to decide to seize the vehicle. However, the driver did not respond to the legitimate demands of police officers and tried to obstruct the investigation. The offender has been taken to the district police department to clarify all the circumstances, and the car has been seized for necessary investigations
It is noted that the police are conducting a pre-trial investigation under several articles of the Criminal Code of Ukraine: Article 114-1 - Obstruction of the legitimate activities of the Armed Forces of Ukraine; Article 358 - Forgery of documents; Article 290 - Destruction, forgery or replacement of vehicle unit and assembly numbers.
