Law enforcement officers established that the incident occurred in the evening in a village of Boryspil district. The 42-year-old offender, while being intoxicated, raped and committed sexual assault against his 15-year-old daughter against her will on the territory of his own home.
Law enforcement officers detained the suspect in accordance with Art. 208 of the Criminal Procedure Code of Ukraine and placed him in a temporary detention center. The material evidence was seized.
Investigators served the perpetrator a notice of suspicion of rape and sexual violence (Part 3 of Article 152, Part 3 of Article 153 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine). The court chose custody as a measure of restraint. The investigation is ongoing.
