The official dollar exchange rate is 38.98 UAH/USD. The NBU has also set the official exchange rate of the euro to the hryvnia at 42.20 UAH/€.
According to the data on specialized websites, as of 9:10 am:
The dollar can be bought for 39.30 UAH and sold for 38.85 in banks.
Euros can be bought for 42.85 UAH and sold for 42.20 UAH in banks.
In exchange offices, the dollar is traded at UAH 39.24-39.35, and the euro at UAH 42.70-42.85.
On the interbank market, the exchange rates are 38.96-38.99 UAH/USD for the dollar and 42.28-42.31 UAH/€ for the euro, respectively.
