The European Union has taken a decisive step towards transferring financial aid of 90 billion euros to Ukraine, DW reports, writes UNN.

It concerns the approval of an amendment to the EU's multiannual budget – the last technical element necessary to launch the loan for Ukraine, as announced on Monday, April 20, by the representative of Cyprus, which holds the presidency of the EU Council.
