Cars remain stuck on the Odesa-Kyiv highway, which has been closed since yesterday, with snow depths reaching two meters in some places. According to him, all equipment is involved in rescuing people.
Regional authorities are in touch with people who need help.
There are cars on the Kyiv highway that we are trying to get to, but we are in constant contact with them. The situation is more or less controlled and stable. Equipment is coming to them from both sides to free them from captivity. The movement of equipment is hampered by stuck trucks, but the situation is under control, emphasized Kiper.

According to the State Emergency Service, rescuers have pulled 519 vehicles out of snowy conditions on the highways of Odesa region, including 15 buses and 12 ambulances.
The regional administration once again urges people not to leave their homes unnecessarily. According to the order of the head of the Regional Military Administration Kiper, schools and kindergartens of the region are working with regular groups today.
