It is because of the drone attacks on oil refineries in Russia that the export of Russian diesel fuel has significantly decreased. The head of the Office of the President of Ukraine, Andriy Yermak, is convinced of this , UNN reports.

Mr. Yermak noted that daily shipment volumes from the country's main ports have already decreased by 21% compared to March.
According to the head of Ukraine's OP, Russia intends to reduce marine exports of diesel fuel in April to the lowest level in the last five months.

In late January , UNN reportedthat Russia's largest petrochemical company, Sibur, was cutting back on exports of liquefied petroleum gas from the Baltic port of Ust-Luga. The company made this decision because it cannot purchase liquefied natural gas carriers because they are subject to sanctions. This has further undermined Russia's fuel exports, which have already suffered from fires and drone attacks.
