The process of applying for eRestoration in Diia has been accelerated by changing the procedure for obtaining a criminal record, Deputy Prime Minister for Innovation, Education, Science and Technology and Minister of Digital Transformation of Ukraine Mykhailo Fedorov said on Tuesday, UNN reports.

We are speeding up eVosstanovlenie - in Diia, you will be able to generate a criminal record certificate when submitting an application

According to him, the team noticed that when applying for eRestoration, a lot of time is spent checking whether a person has a criminal record for crimes against national security. Previously, the local government commission that assessed the damage to the housing used to check this information itself. The check could take from several days to weeks.

"We fixed it. Now, when submitting an application, you can order this extract in Diia, and it will be pulled up by itself. There will be fewer unnecessary movements and wasted time. This will significantly speed up the process," said Fedorov.

"The Diia team is constantly improving services. We collect feedback on each service and improve it," the Vice Prime Minister emphasized.
