In addition, Prokudin noted that for two years now, Kherson region's settlements have been under constant attack by the Russian army. On November 11, 2022 , the Security and Defense Forces of Ukraine liberated the hero city of Kherson and the right bank of the Kherson region from the Russian occupiers.On November 14, the Ukrainian flag was officially raised in Kherson , liberated from the Russian occupiers.
