The incident occurred today around 03:00 in one of the apartments in the Kommunarsky district of the city.
According to preliminary information, one of the people present in the house opened fire with a firearm, which resulted in fatal injuries to two women and two men. After that, the shooter, who had previously committed suicide by shooting himself in the head with a weapon, fell out of the 7th floor window.
The investigative team, criminalists and other specialized services are currently working at the scene.
